Terms of service

By commissioning me, you accept my TOS.
Kindly read it thoroughly to prevent errors and misunderstandings.

- Please communicate in a clear and polite manner.
- I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
- I am entitled to post commissioned work on my social media or display it as an example.
- Commissions are accepted only through email.
- Clients must specify if the commission is for personal or commercial use, and additional fees apply for commercial work.
- Clients must credit me when sharing the commission online.
- Clients must complete my commission form and accept my Terms of Service (TOS).
- Time-sensitive commissions may incur rush fees.

- Only Paypal payments are accepted.
- For all commissions, 50% or the full amount must be paid upfront. The full amount is required before receiving the commission.- Types of Commissions:
(Examples on price sheet)
• Bust up- 35$
• Half body - 45$
• Full body - 80$- Extra characters are charged at the same rate.
- Prices vary based on character complexity.
- The commission starts after receiving half (or full) payment and the completed commission form.

- I will respond within 1-2 business days via email.- The email will include:
• Estimated timeline.
• Exact price
(including all calculations).
• My Paypal information.Note: Commission completion time is not first-come-first-serve. Rush fees apply for completion within a week (30% additional fee).- Detailed reference photos must be provide!
- You will be updated during the making, with images included.
- After ordering process social media dm will be possible
- Sketches and thumbnailing phases will be sent to clients for approval before moving forward with the piece. Changes after approval may incur additional charges. (5$ for every change, major changes might be charged more)

- Watermarks must not be removed.
- I retain all rights to the artwork.-Therefore I am entitled to use the artwork for:
• Examples for future commissions.
• Self-promotion- Clients are allowed to:
• Use the artwork for personal use.
• Share on social media with proper credits.- Copyright infringement includes:
• Taking credit for the work.
• Removing watermarks.
Commercial use without agreement. (Commercial rights cost 300% of the original price)

- Any scam attempts or illegal activities result in immediate cancellation without refunds.
- Violating terms results in immediate cancellation.
-No refunds or cancellations are allowed once the commission has started. Ensure your decision before commissioning me.
- A refund will be issued in the event that I am unable to fulfill your commission.

-Any issues must be discussed; disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.-Thank you for reading! <3
